Join the Herschell Carrousel Factory Museum in celebrating National Manufacturing day this year with maker kits, storytime, live demonstrations, and more! This event is included with general admission.

Demonstrations will be occurring throughout the day; the Wurlitzer Music department will be discussing the production of band organ rolls, wood carvers will be demonstrating carving techniques traditionally used by the master carvers and journeymen carvers over a hundred years ago, and our restoration crew will demonstrate how we restore our 1916 carrousel. Visit our children's gallery for storytime at 12:30pm and to grab your maker challenge kit! 

Storytime will be at 12:30. the other events will be available all day from 10:00am-3:00pm
