Hi friends! For our third week of Summer STEM, our theme is Simple Machines! We will have three activities for all ages!  Our first STEM activity is called Pulley Me Up, where we will learn how a pulley works by creating our own and testing its' strength with different objects!  The second STEM activity is Crafty Gears. In this activity, we will try to make a pair of working gears! Gears are used to manage the direction and speed of other mechanical devices. They help the carrousel spin!  Our third STEM activity is Create a Car, where we will include a wheel and axle into the design of your very own toy car!
