Here at the museum we always have projects to complete and could use help from you to accomplish them. One current project is acquiring Gaylord Archival UV Window Filters. UV light negatively affects our historic objects on display at HCFM. These filters attach to the windows to protect our objects for future generations.
Current number of windows needed to cover: 184 Cost per window: $10
Special Thank you to the employees of Armstrong Pumps Inc. (North Tonawanda NY), who have generously donated to cover over ten windows to get this project started!
You can make a donation to the UV Window Filters Project via our donate page or here. Just leave us a special comment that your donation is for the the UV protection of our historic objects here the museum.
