Hi friends! For our eighth and last week of Summer STEM, our theme is Energy! We will have 3 activities for kids of all ages. Our first activity is called Wondrous Waterwheel, where we will make a model of a waterwheel to see how it works! Niagara Falls is specifically known for making hydropower, or using water to create energy! The second activity is called Amazing Anemometer! An anemometer is a device that measures the speed of wind. Wind is also another natural way for people to get energy and power! The third activity is called Constructive Circuits, where we will build our own electrical circuits using homemade playdough! Electricity is one of the most common ways that we use energy. All activities on Energy can be found in the Children's Gallery, from Tuesday-Saturday. Hope to see you there for our last week of Summer STEM!
